Yuta Varma

Vice President of Operations

Born in Buffalo, New York, and raised in South Florida, Yuta Varma has dedicated his career to serving individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. After beginning his own recovery journey in 2010, he discovered a passion for helping others achieve lasting recovery and has remained committed to the behavioral health field ever since.

Yuta graduated from the Academy for Addiction Professionals in 2013 and has built extensive experience across multiple areas of behavioral healthcare operations. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of operational leadership roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the systems, processes, and teamwork required to deliver exceptional patient care.

As Vice President of Operations, Yuta oversees all facility operations, maintenance, safety, and operational functions across every United Recovery Project location. He is responsible for ensuring that each campus operates efficiently, remains compliant with regulatory and accrediting standards, and provides a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence help support United Recovery Project’s mission of delivering the highest quality substance use and mental health treatment.
