Taylor Dodge joined United Recovery Project in 2022, bringing extensive leadership experience and a longstanding commitment to excellence in behavioral healthcare. Having served in leadership roles within substance use treatment since 2009, Taylor has developed a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Prior to joining United Recovery Project, he served as Program Director at Genesis House, where he helped lead clinical and operational initiatives focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
As Quality Assurance Specialist, Taylor oversees quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring across United Recovery Project’s programs. He works closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure organizational practices align with state and federal regulations, accrediting agency standards, and evidence-based best practices. His attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement help strengthen operational excellence and enhance the quality of care provided to every patient.
Born and raised in South Florida, Taylor comes from a family that has been actively involved in the local recovery community for decades. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his Master’s in International Economics from Florida Atlantic University. His diverse background, combined with years of experience in behavioral healthcare, allows him to bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to quality assurance and compliance.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys boating, reading, and traveling with his fiancée, son, and two dogs.
