Rose Ferrante BSN, RN
Director of Nursing
Rose Ferrante is an accomplished nursing leader with extensive experience in behavioral healthcare, specializing in psychiatric and mental health nursing across inpatient and residential treatment settings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master’s degree in Social Work, bringing a unique multidisciplinary perspective to patient care and clinical leadership.
As Director of Nursing at United Recovery Project Behavioral Health, Rose oversees all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for individuals receiving treatment for mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. She works collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and clinical leadership to support exceptional patient outcomes while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
With a strong passion for behavioral health, Rose is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and creating an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their recovery journey. Her leadership is centered on compassionate care, staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice and patient safety.
Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time on the water, especially paddleboarding, and taking advantage of Florida’s beautiful outdoor lifestyle.
