Noah Meneely
Human Resources Manager
Noah Meneely has dedicated his career to supporting both patients and employees within the behavioral health field. Since joining United Recovery Project, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a genuine passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. After serving as Human Resources Generalist, Noah was promoted to Human Resources Manager, where he now leads the organization’s human resources initiatives and supports team members across all United Recovery Project locations.
As Human Resources Manager, Noah oversees employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment policies and regulations. He is committed to creating an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow, recognizing that investing in people is essential to delivering exceptional patient care.
Before transitioning into human resources, Noah began his career in behavioral healthcare as a Behavioral Health Technician, where he quickly advanced into a leadership role while managing a halfway house and completing his Associate’s Degree. His firsthand experience working directly with patients provides him with a unique perspective on the importance of supporting the staff who make recovery possible every day.
Noah is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Florida International University and remains passionate about continuous learning and professional development. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and is committed to helping build a workplace culture that reflects United Recovery Project’s mission of compassion, integrity, and excellence.
