Nicole Walck

Director of Admissions

Nicole Walck has been serving individuals and families in the behavioral health field since 2015, bringing extensive experience in substance use and mental health treatment. She joined United Recovery Project in 2020 as an Admissions Supervisor and, through her leadership, dedication, and commitment to exceptional patient care, was promoted to Director of Admissions.

As Director of Admissions, Nicole oversees the admissions department and ensures that every individual seeking treatment receives compassionate guidance from their very first interaction with United Recovery Project. She works closely with clients, families, referral partners, and the admissions team to provide clear communication, education, and support throughout the admissions process. Nicole is passionate about making what can often be a difficult and emotional decision feel as seamless and reassuring as possible, ensuring every client enters treatment feeling informed, supported, and cared for.

Nicole is deeply committed to United Recovery Project’s mission of transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes that every recovery journey begins with trust and strives to create a welcoming experience for each person who reaches out for help.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and making memories with her beloved dogs.
