In her role supporting Compliance & Quality Assurance at United Recovery Project, Millicent works closely with executive leadership and clinical teams to oversee compliance initiatives, quality improvement efforts, accreditation readiness, policy development, and regulatory standards across the organization. Her expertise helps ensure United Recovery Project continues to meet state and federal regulations, payer requirements, and accrediting agency standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
