As Admissions Supervisor, Justine leads the admissions team in providing compassionate, timely, and supportive guidance to clients and their loved ones during what is often one of the most difficult moments in their lives. She is committed to ensuring that every individual entering treatment feels heard, supported, and safe while advocating for their needs throughout the admissions process. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and patient-centered approach help create a welcoming experience from the very first phone call.
After beginning her own recovery journey in 2016, Justine discovered a passion for helping others find hope and healing. Her personal experience provides a unique perspective that allows her to connect with clients and families with genuine empathy and understanding. She believes that recovery is possible for everyone and is honored to help individuals take the first step toward a healthier future.
Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Justine relocated to South Florida in pursuit of a fresh start. Outside of work, she remains passionate about recovery and is dedicated to supporting others as they begin their own journey toward lasting wellness.
