Admissions Supervisor
Josh Martin is a dedicated behavioral healthcare professional with a passion for helping individuals and families take the first step toward lasting recovery. He joined United Recovery Project in 2024 as an Admissions Coordinator and, through his leadership, compassion, and commitment to exceptional patient care, was promoted to Admissions Supervisor.
As Admissions Supervisor, Josh leads the admissions team while providing mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure every individual contacting United Recovery Project receives timely, compassionate, and knowledgeable guidance. He works closely with clients, families, and referral partners to remove barriers to treatment, advocate for patient needs, and help connect each individual with the level of care best suited to their recovery journey.
With years of experience in behavioral health admissions, Josh understands that every phone call has the potential to change a life. As someone in long-term recovery, he brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to his role, allowing him to connect with clients and their loved ones with genuine empathy, respect, and hope. His commitment to making each person feel heard, supported, and encouraged reflects United Recovery Project’s mission of providing compassionate, life-changing care.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Josh now resides in South Florida, where he enjoys playing guitar, cooking, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
