Charlie Hite has been an integral part of United Recovery Project since joining the organization in early 2018. Throughout his tenure, he has earned multiple promotions, reflecting his dedication, leadership, and commitment to helping individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. His progression through the organization has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and the importance of building strong, trusted relationships within the behavioral health community.

As Director of Business Development, Charlie oversees business development initiatives, referral partnerships, and strategic relationships across all United Recovery Project locations. He works closely with healthcare providers, treatment professionals, and community organizations to expand access to quality behavioral health services while ensuring every referral source receives exceptional communication, collaboration, and support.

A South Florida native and active member of the recovery community, Charlie is deeply passionate about helping those struggling with addiction find hope and lasting recovery. His personal commitment to service, combined with his authentic approach to relationship-building, has made him a trusted partner throughout the behavioral healthcare industry.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a lifelong Miami Hurricanes fan. He remains dedicated to supporting United Recovery Project’s mission of transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.
