Alumni Coordinator

Brian Noval is a proud alumnus of United Recovery Project whose personal recovery journey inspires his passion for helping others discover the hope and fulfillment that lasting recovery can provide.

After celebrating one year of sobriety, Brian joined United Recovery Project as a Behavioral Health Technician, where he used his lived experience and compassionate approach to support individuals as they began their own recovery journeys. In 2022, he transitioned into the Alumni Department as Alumni Coordinator, allowing him to continue making a meaningful impact by helping clients stay connected and engaged long after completing treatment.

As Alumni Coordinator, Brian develops relationships with alumni, organizes recovery-focused events and activities, and provides ongoing support to help individuals build strong foundations for long-term recovery. He is committed to fostering a sense of community where every alumnus feels encouraged, supported, and empowered to continue growing in their recovery.

Brian finds the greatest fulfillment in giving back to the recovery community that transformed his own life and celebrating the milestones and successes of those he serves. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, diving, fishing, listening to music, and spending time outdoors.
