Case Manager

Atansia Ledgister is a dedicated behavioral healthcare professional who has been serving individuals in the behavioral health field since 2021. She began her career as a Behavioral Health Technician in substance use treatment, where she discovered her passion for helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. She later expanded her experience into mental health services, continuing to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to those seeking healing and personal growth.

As a Case Manager at United Recovery Project Behavioral Health, Atansia works closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to coordinate care, develop individualized discharge and aftercare plans, and connect patients with the resources they need to achieve long-term success. She is committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered as they move through treatment and prepare for life beyond residential care.

Throughout her career, Atansia has remained passionate about advocating for others and helping individuals overcome barriers to recovery. She believes that meaningful change begins with compassion, trust, and strong support systems, and she is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of every patient she serves.
