Dr. Katina Hill-Thompson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Supervisor, and Doctor of Social Work.
Dr. Hill-Thompson has devoted her life to service and compassion for others through clinical and program management and providing mental health services. Over more than 20 years, Dr. Hill-Thompson has forged a career founded on a higher calling for others who struggle with mental illness and substance abuse.
She finds pleasure in supporting others during their most difficult times by providing compassionate counseling, leadership, and a listening ear.
She has shown commitment to her profession by providing leadership to the next generation of social workers through clinical management and supervision. Her management style is that of Shepard leadership. She believes in serving her staff with compassion and builds them up through encouragement and constructive correction.
